Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy By booking an appointment with He & She Hair Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Appointment Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment time. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service but are forfeited if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled outside of our policy, or if you fail to attend your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a modified service based on the remaining appointment time. Full service charges may still apply. Chemical Services Coloring, bleaching, lightening, straightening, perming, and other chemical services involve inherent risks and may produce different results depending on your hair's condition, previous treatments, medications, or home care. By proceeding with any chemical service, you acknowledge these risks and consent to the service. While every reasonable effort is made to protect the integrity of your hair, results cannot be guaranteed. Hair Condition & Consultation Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding previous chemical treatments, medications, allergies, and hair history. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect results and limits our ability to achieve the desired outcome. Right to Decline or Stop Services He & She Hair Studio reserves the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service when doing so is necessary to protect the health and integrity of the client's hair, ensure the safety of our staff and clients, address inappropriate or abusive behavior, or when a requested service cannot be performed safely or professionally. Satisfaction Policy Our goal is for every client to leave happy with their service. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and discuss an appropriate solution. Refunds are not provided for completed services. Agreement By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these booking policies.
